The motivation to compete and the idea of the survival of the fittest have persuaded many companies to focus their activities on their major products and capabilities and this entails investment in research and taking technological initiatives. The organizational goals in R&D department are new product development and going to the frontier of knowledge to develop our products. At the same time, in the process of making a new production line in the factory, our department undertakes the responsibility of making all required machinery for production such as machines, moulds, fixtures and the testing equipments needed in laboratory and all these achievements are thanks to the knowledge of our young and motivated engineers. In addition to completing the process of producing initial samples, the R&D staff also supervise all the mass production related progress such as quality, quantity and technical issues and improving the production progresses and all other issues related with technical origin.
